I trust that Day 1 of your bible challenge went well for each of you. As I began my bible reading yesterday, it dawned on me, that I did not mention a Journal.
During the next 89 days, I would recommend journaling anything that comes to heart. Whether it be scripture, a word you feel is directly of the Lord, a vision you had, a dream you had or questions and words in the bible you feel you need to refer back to or research more.
Listen carefully for His voice as we go through the next 89 days. I am certain you will hear the voice of the Lord speak to you or share something with you as we go through this growth.
Also I want to remind you to be on guard, be prayed up and wear your armor daily. As we journey forward there is sure to be a test, a trial, or an attack on us as we draw closer in to Gods word and in our relationship with him.
We can do this! When we struggle or we are weak, we can find our rest our strength in Him. -
Encouraging words I felt to share today:
Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.
Matthew 5: 3-11 Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Below you will find a forward to each member from the Host of B90 Challenge:

Resources + Community
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our ministry's mission is to (1) encourage people to read the entire Bible and (2) to provide exceptional resources to help them do so. Our curriculum and resources have proven themselves uniquely capable of helping people read the Bible from cover to cover in 90 days. Of course, you are NOT required to use these tools, but we STRONGLY encourage you to do so. While SOME people succeed using their own Bible and plan, THE MAJORITY succeeds when using The Bible in 90 Days curriculum and resources.
Finally, for best results, we STRONGLY encourage you to get your church, neighborhood, corporate Bible study or other community to participate together: each person reads on his/her own, but gathers weekly in community for accountability, fellowship, small group discussion, video lessons and encouragement. You can find out more at www.biblein90days.org.
Please know that our ministry is here to support you throughout.
Blessings,
