What a week for real! I didnt do so good this week or so bad. Let me just put it to you that way. Bahahahahaha! Ok you know, the superbowl is this weekend and I am truthfull not sure that I can contain myself from the goodies we will have with our friends. BLAH! I really hope I can but we will see.
I have done good over all on my stair climbs but I have done so so on my eating and drinking. I havent drank much this week for some reason, not sure why. So I definately need to kick it in gear next week. I really think my thyroid has something to do with that as I have really been feeling kinda blah all week. Well that and weather to. Snowing - I love but too cold to walk. So I really am going to have to work harder next week and kick it in to high gear. Lol!
Its those darn snacks laying around the house! Lol! No just kidding! I reorganized our pantry to fix that problem. Lol. I really havent ate much or drank much of anything but when I have I should of made more of a choice rather then- o this here, I will just eat this! Like I said I have been blah all week! One meal a day if that really is what I have done all week. In a sense I think - o hey, that is shrinking my stomach that is good right - Less I will eat each meal later!?! - but no it really is not a good thing. We should eat each meal with just one helping.
So next week needs some work. I need to begin another detox after Sun I am sure of this. The last time I did a detox 3 weeks ago, I felt wonderful - full of energy, healthy, clean ready to go. So Monday will be Music Monday & MOTIVATION Monday! Lol! Come root me on, I may need it! Bahaha!
So for that I really did well with my stair climbs and a few abs work outs but other then that, Not really so good! How about you guys?

I'm worried about Super Bowl snacking too! Weekends have been the toughest!
Ok, I know what we can do. We can make exception for Superbowl weekend and work a little harder during the week. Sounds good to me. LOl! We will be ok I am sure! :)
Sounds like you are doing well. Maybe you can plan some healthy snacks for the Superbowl? In any case, enjoy it! If you go off track that one day but work to get back on track nutritionally and keep the exercise up, you'll be fine! :)
