
I have continued on with my stair climbs, my leg lifts - [You know I was able to take it up and additional 20 leg lifts] OUCH! My legs are paying for it but man do I feel good. :)
I have been on my pushups also adding an additional 20, forward and backward crunches [I explained last week] :)
I am so pleased with how much more energy I have even when my thyroid trouble wants to fight me, I just keep kicking it in gear. WEEEEEEEEE! Lol! So proud of myself.
Softball signups were last weekend, my daughter had evaluation and motivation for her and I both. Being in all winter we were all blah for softball. Lol! We have been able to get in some practices and workouts. So much so she was so sore tonight when she got on she shed some tears and hit the bed. :(
We hit it a bit harder then I expected to... My poor baby! Hahaha! Funny thing is me her mommy, I was out there running the diamond with her racing her to every base several times. This momma has had 3 babies back to back and extremely out of shape after the last one. Lol! Buddy I hussled so much that momma beat her twice! Wooo Hooo! Go Momma! Go Momma! This is good for me bad for her! Lol! This shows me that I am improving on my fitness and my body is enjoying this thrive to workout more! YIPPPEEEEEE!

Water drinking, Juice Drinking and eating, Doing great. In fact eating more of what I can fruit and veggies wise. However this next week I am going to step it up a bit. My poor body will be screaming - please feed me! I am hitting a - 3 day detox and jumping in to a 10 day juice/broth fast. Lord please help me! Lol! I have done fastings like this before and I am good, just have to throw the hint, after eating food you dont want to give it up for just juice. UMPH! :( But I felt I needed to do this to help flush my body out [merely to help my thyroid again] The last time I did the juice detox and only ate a few things that the detox allowed I can honestly say - My thryoid loved me and greeted me with a smile daily, I felt great, full of energy with alot of zest. So I think this may be a regular for me to keep my thryoid happy and ME! Me first though! hahaha!
I am in a funny mood as I post this. In fact getting ready for a small work out before bed. Todays major cardio at the fields was really good so I am only going to hit my abs and my pushups. I was gonna do it at midnight like I always do but I got a little side tracked tonight I mean today now.
