
Whew! What a week well weeks really!
No everyone, I didnt abandon you, well entirely. {o_O} I was forced on to a much needed break, Blah! I missed the computer and everyone but I didnt miss the computer that much. Haha!
I have been of the last four weeks. NOPE I didnt abandon my workouts well enitrely. Lol! We went on break and I was doing great with workouts, I even got my Jenny Mcarthy Wii work out... {OMGoodness, She is killing me literally! } I thought I was working out, SHE is the excercise devil... Bahaha! My arms, my legs, my thighs, my calfs, my abs, my buttom, I BURN ALL OVER...
I am like jelly walking. Lol! If you have been wondering about Jenny Mcarthy work out... Ya, If you want to feel the burn I recommend you get it... I have been doing Jenny on 3 days week and continue my schedule of my own work outs on 2 days a week..
My water intake is excellent although I had a few days I was desperately dry of water... Juices and I really dont drink much else right now except a UNSWEETENED DECAF Tea here or there... I had two weeks of hit/miss sweet splurge because of my two daughters birthdays with in a week a part. [12/3]
Been doing alot of working in yard, walking, stair climbing, lifting etc with the nicer weather it is time to get out doors and work work work... So really keeping busy..
Other then that, here is my update. Hope everyone has been doing great and keeping active. It is great to be back! How about you?
