Fit Mommy Friday!

What a week. If I have burned alot of calories from stress then I would say I am doing pretty well. Lol. I have been running and I mean literally running ragged this week all over.

I get up and do a early am walk and run in the evening, with the exception of missing one or two walks this week I made up the walk by an extra long walk in the afternoon that was nearly 2 mi long then jogged in evening. I love my pedometer. Now I know what I am actually walking or jogging. Lol!

Eating, well frankly, I am not doing so bad or good. I still have loss of appetite, not to mention the fact that our Bank account was hacked in to this last weekend and wiped clean. Blah. But we are good, they credited it back to us because we caught it in time. [Praise God]  So really on the stress note that is probably why my appetite is going.. Blah..

Been drinking my water and juices however I splurged on a pepsi, and little extra unsweetened caffiene free for most part Tea. I continue on my leg lifts, and crunch working and up the stairs climbs but I need something else to add in the drive because I am getting bored. Lol. Keep on keeping on though. Been a wacky rough week, but I am still managing to push a little of something in to my day to work out.

Stress certainly has a way of throwing everything for a loop, doesn't it? Ick...I hate that! But it sounds like you're still making progress in spite of everything and I think that's pretty fabulous! ;) I'm sure this week will be better for you. Have you found something to spice your workouts up a bit?
