
Well, its been a hard week and half now. "SUMMER SICKENESS STINKS" My little ones have been down sick and now I am. So easy post, little said or done. :( I feel like a crummy mess and family just arrived from out of town. BLAH!
Eating little that justifies what I should be eating. Drinking is up but it involves drinking a few extra sodas then usual. NOT GOOD. Honestly it has been a terrible week. I have been so exhausted that I just grabbed anything for an energy boost even if it was soda or caffiene. :( Not a good week. I hope next week to get back on schedule this is not helping me to my new goal for our trip date. :(
O well, I can say I stared at my fitness video, ball, and weights but that did me no good as for the workout. Lol. Blah. Praying I feel better next week to get up and hit the street for some extra needed jogging time... I feel great when I get a jog/walk in. Providing the heat is gone, been really bad this week which adds to the way I feel. ACK...

Rest! You will feel better soon and then you'll get back on plan. Isn't it difficult to be patient and wait 'till you feel better when there is so much you want to do? I'm sure you'll have a great report next week!
I'm so sorry you weren't/aren't feeling well. I hope you've recovered by now and are well on your way to getting back on track. I know what it's like to feel absolutely horrible and yet have to "shine" for out of town family. Not fun! :(
Here's to a better update tomorrow! Hang in there. :) We all have those days where we "stare" at our workout equipment instead of using it! LOL
