Fit Mommy Friday

Well it has been a great week. [With a few sneaks but extra work outs too] Lol! Lot of work for sure. Lol! Have been eating finally a little more then not eating at all. Healthier bites and a few not so healthy. But lots of water, Juices going on here. ;) Weather is looking better. I was able to get a few walks in with the kiddos and fito.

Also I did finally get the Jenny McCarthy workout, Have yet to try it since just got it. Cant wait though. Wii is too much fun. ;)

I have been doing alot of physical workouts, My body is screaming OUCH! I changed my medicine time to 5 because it keeps me up til 3:30a. [Stupid Thyroid- Blah!]

So what I have been doing is Walking alot, Still at my Stair Climbs - I am actually getting a little concerned, I am doing so good at my stair climbs I almsot need more stairs- Heeheee! [I have 14 steps on my stair case and I started out doing every other step 5x, I am now almost about to triple my climbs - Lol! My eyes are open for workout machines at garage sales this year for sure]

I also have been doing and Alternating [standing] Toe Touches [I guess you call them. Stand in position reach down touch your feet alternating touches - Right arm to left foot and Left arm to right foot.] My abs are really getting the work out these last few weeks. They hurt something fierce. [ I LIKE!] [35x]

Three others I have been doing [yes all in one workout] Laying on the floor doing a half crunch. Instead of doing a situp you are coming up partial way and alternating arm to knee touch. [Left arm to right knee and vice versa.] When you do crunches you want to be careful about your neck position as you can hurt yourself. [20x]

Next, I sit up with knees bent and do a backwards crunch I guess you call it. This is when you are sitting up starting from your knees and leaning backwards to a partial crunch [not going all the way down to the floor, stop in a sideways V - guess you call it. [ I am no fitness expert on the names, I just see em and do em- {o_O}] [20x so far since other abs workouts]

So here I have two type of crunches I did and I am not through yet. My abs got it good and will continue to get it.

Finally for the last step of the work out - LEG LIFTS - Ouch! Yes, I said it, Leg lifts. Laying flat on your back [on the floor or mat] bring your legs up off floor about a foot keeping them in a straight position, now bringing them all the way up [L] and taking them back down repeating. [30x]

Lets not forget I have also been doing pushups - My under arms and chest burn. I so needed this! Thanking God now for the motivation I have and that my thyroid is finally starting to cooperate with me. :)

I have to do a lot of physical as I have not really been able to get a tread mil or any other goody like that. Lol! In time I will, But sometimes it pays to be more physical in our workouts.

Another blogging buddy is getting into shape as well and they posted work out videos from you tube. I have a few I wanted to share with you and now I can not find them- Bahaha! Ok I will do my search for them and post them next week. Lol!

It looks like you have done well this week! You appear to have a solid exercise routine established. Just keep going, one day at a time! :)

Woohooooooo!!!!! Good for you!!! Your workouts are amazing. You should feel very proud of yourself. Yes, I too dearly love the "pain" of a good muscle burn! LOL ;)
