
My week was not all to bad. The weather is cooperating, so I am able [well we - fito and kids] to get out and walk. HOORAY! My legs are killing me with all the stair climbs. I feel like I am gelled daily. Kinda funny! Been eating about the same though. My thyroid has had me drained so my appetite is blah. But I am still getting in some healthy food/snacks so even eating little I guess this is ok.
I have been up late though with a wack of this thyroid. So not getting in bed until 2a stinks, plus I am constantly fighting my body because it wants to eat at this time and I say NO! So drinking more water or fresh concentrated juices. Havent gotten many other excercises in this week, Yes I am slacking. Aside of the walking and stair climbs with a few toe touches that is about all I have done this week. Looking for a better week next week, my dd1 wants to begin work out with me durin gour school breaks. :) Looking forward to this. What about you?
